Quite a number of clients have contacted us and subsequently instructed us to institute proceedings as against the Structural Insurer of their property in circumstances which recovery against the original developer and/or contractor is no longer viable due to liquidation. Proceedings are currently before the High Court seeking indemnity and redress form the Stuctural Insurer.
